1 16-ounce can of chickpeas, drained but keep the liquid
2 tablespoons tahini paste
Juice from 1-2 lemons, depends on taste
1 clove garlic (optional)
Salt to taste
Pinch of Cumin
Pinch of Cayenne (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Place all ingredients in a food processor and run until smooth. Serve with pita or pita chips.
