Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded, chopped fine
¼ cup cilantro, rough chopped
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Place all ingredients except for the olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is chunky. Drizzle in the olive oil and pulse to combine. Serve with warm chips.
