1-inch thick slice of provolone
Olive oil non-stick cooking spray
2 tablepsoons Olive oil
Argentine style chorizo or Italian sausage, roasted in the oven at 400F until cooked through, cooled a little and sliced
2 Roasted peppers, sliced
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano

Heat a nonstick pan or grill pan over high heat; spray the pan with non stick cooking spray. Cook the provoleta until golden on both sides. Serve topped with the sausage, a drizzle of olive oil, peppers and a little oregano.
