Smoked Fish Dip

8 ounces hot smoked salmon
½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons red onion
1 tablespoon dill
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon chopped pickles
1/8 teaspoon red crushed chili flake, if desired

Flake the salmon using a fork. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well mixed. Taste for seasoning. Serve with your favorite crackers.
