Caramel Sauce:
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 cup heavy cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Chocolate Sauce:
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
Good Quality vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
Brownies, cut into 1 inch squares
Cherries or any fruit of the season, stemmed and seeded.
Corn Flakes Whipped cream

Directions for the Caramel Sauce:
Combine the water and sugar in a heavy bottom saucepan. Cook on medium high until the sugar dissolves, raise heat to high and boil until it turns golden brown. Being very careful, add the cream, vanilla and simmer on low until the sauce is thick. Add the salt. Serve warm.

Directions for the Chocolate Sauce:
Combine the cream, sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and place over low heat. Bring to just a boil and pour over the chocolate. Stir until smooth.

Directions to finish Sundae:
Place one or two pieces of the brownies in a tall sundae glass. Add one or two large scoops of vanilla ice cream and top with a generous amount of hot fudge and warm caramel sauce. Finish with the fruit, cereal and whipped cream or any other toppings of your choice. Serve with a sundae spoon.
