2 cups AP flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup milk
1 cup crème fraiche or sour cream
4 eggs



Place the dry ingredients in one bowl. Whisk briefly to combine everything. Place the eggs in a second bowl, whisk together. Add the melted butter, milk and crème fraiche to the eggs, whisk to combine. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stir together using a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook the waffles in your waffle iron as desired. Serve with your favorite toppings.
