Delray Beach is busy on a Saturday, so I decided to valet my car. The restaurant was packed, but not in a negative way. I was escorted to a table quickly as I had already made a reservation. I noticed an amazing wine list with Sancerre wine options; I am a fan! The wedge salad as adorable and different with a hole cut into a small head of lettuce, with the perfect balance of dressing to bacon. The Tuna Ribeye was also really tasty, medium rare, with a peppercorn sauce. It was $120 with nothing else included, sides are a la carte.

We parked in the street 2 blocks away, as the streets surrounding the restaurant where crowded. We had a reservation so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Once seated, we ordered some white wine; they have a large selection of wines to choose from. We asked our very friendly waiter several questions, which he was more than happy to answer for us. We started with the tuna tartare as an appetizer, and it was very fresh and flavorful. I asked for the Fillet Mignon medium cooked and the temperature was perfect when it arrived. The meat was clearly premium quality. It melted in my mouth. And for desert we asked to share the Hawaiian Cheesecake. A distinctive flavor for a  cheesecake. Everything was on point here. Service, Quality and Overall experience. In my opinion it’s a little bit expensive but that’s relative, but you pay for what you get. That’s for sure.

We arrived about half an hour early, and it was a mad scene at the restaurant. We were going to have a drink at the bar, but it was packed. We went next door to have a drink and told the manager to call us when our table was ready. We were able to get a great outdoor table. They brought out water and rolls immediately. We ordered some drinks and discussed the food choices. My party and I split a wedge and Caesar salad. They split it into individual portions, which we loved. Salads were good, we also ordered the Octopus, which was excellent! We also had the Lobster Tagliatelle which was the star of the show. Ended with a Key Lime Pie that was sweet and tart. The graham crumble was excellent with a little ice cream to compliment it. Overall, a very good meal that was fun, but a little pricey.
