Blue Ginger Seafood Steakhouse is an exciting, fun, dining spot that offers a nice selection of different dining formats along with unique and fun entertainment for the whole family. The menu is very diverse offering a wide selection of Asian inspired cuisine with varieties of classic and new dishes prepared expertly. The food, the atmosphere, and the service will leave you feeling happy and wanting to return soon. We felt this was an excellent value for the amount of food we tried, the quality of the food, portion sizes, and the overall fun and exciting atmosphere we experienced at Blue Ginger. Clearly this has become a popular spot for locals to visit simply because the food quality is outstanding and it offers a fun, festive type of atmosphere that the entire family can enjoy. Whether it's sitting at the hibachi tables, seated at a private table, or sitting at the bar watching the lazy river go by, Blue Ginger seems to offer up something for everyone. Moreover, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere makes it a place we'd like to visit again sometime.

We got there at opening time, we were greeted by our server. Restaurant is large, nice lighting, huge menu, huge portions, good quality and excellent value.

When we got in, I found parking right away, there was no wait and the servers greeted you at the door respectfully. We were seated within 2 minutes of our arrival; the service was attentive and never missed a beat. The atmosphere was relaxing, the crowd was smooth and we were seated in a cozy section. The cook was very entertaining and didn't take too long to cook. We were constantly waited on, there was soft music playing and colorful changing lights. I saw an amazing glass waterfall built into the wall, the price was reasonable and it was a great experience..
