Asian fusion restaurant with great selection, utilizing many Asian seasonings to create memorable delectable dining experience. We found street parking, we had reservations and were seated promptly, great cocktail menu. My drink included fresh herbs. Everything came out perfectly seasoned and hot. The server was great, cheerful and efficient. Each dish had it’s own unique flavor. I have never enjoyed Chinese style ribs so much because they were lean, the dough of the shrimp dumplings was light + they were served with a sauce. The edamame tasted almost blackened and amazing. The cauliflower was flash fried and the sauce was slightly spicy + delicious. The shrimp pad Thai was good and plentiful. The pineapple dessert was light- fresh with a brulee topping with shredded coconut. The donuts were warm-served with a great sauce. The portions were good and prices very reasonable. I have never had anything here that I didn’t like. It is consistently delicious!

To be honest, I went into Kapow with a very open mind. I hadn’t heard much about it prior to my visit, but I had it on good authority that I was going to be impressed. It was 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon and parking was easy. There was plenty of affordable street parking and a garage as well. As I walked in, the hostess quickly took me to my table. It’s a classy but youthful design. It’s filled with art that has an Asian inspiration, but an overall American feel. It’s not a traditional place but it has a great vibe. It’s also a fully loaded bar! My waitress, Hailey, was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. When I try somewhere new for the first time, I like to get the opinion of people that have eaten there already. It really helps when the waiter can explain the menu and make great recommendations. I started my meal with an order the Vietnamese Chicken Wings. The only thing that separates them from regular bar chicken wings is their seasoning. I want to say that it is some type of Vietnamese flavor, but I honestly don’t know. I did not like the hot sauce that came with them… tasted a little old to me. Maybe it was just a flavoring I'm not used to, but I wasn’t a fan. Overall, they were pretty good. Next, I ordered their BBQ Duck & Ginger Fried Rice. It has Five-vegetables, Hoisin Glaze, Egg and obviously duck. This was one of the best-fried rice dishes I’ve ever had! The rice was fine, soft and light. The BBQ flavor, duck and rice complemented each other so well! Plus, the serving portions were fairly large. That one dish was easily enough for two people. For dessert, I couldn't leave without trying Kapow’s Thai Donuts with Leche Condensada and Raspberry-Lychee Sauce. Kapow served me some of the best Thai donuts I’ve ever had! They were actually shaped like real donuts and their Raspberry-Lychee Sauce was to-die-for. It was like dipping your donut into a melted lollipop.

Kapow noodle bar is a great spot for tapas and Asian style food and great drinks! Menu is unique with many different options. I am not sure it should be called a noodle bar. There were only 5 or 6 options and the noodle portions were small. Desserts were unique and tasted great. Drinks were amazing! They have many options and I will be back for a girls night with my friends to try them all. Parking is street and garage parking. Greeter is outside and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. We choose to sit outside but went inside to wash our hands. The place was very cool inside with great art and a beautiful bar overlooking Mizner. Once we sat down our server came over. She was nice but didn’t have a lot of enthusiasm for the price point. All other points of service were met for sure drinks were out of this world, food had amazing flavors and came out in a timely manner, we were offered desert and the Mochi is really a must have! . I love a good Pot sticker and they were cooked perfectly. The flavor inside tasted fresh and the soy sauce was amazing. I heard rave reviews from the greeter and waitress about the Garden Variety. It is their house specialty cocktail. It was served with a beautiful basil sprig as a garnish. It had a kick of spice which I like. The drink was muddled with fruit and then strained over Ice. You could tell because every sip had little bits of something in it. It was very good also a must have! Steak Lo Mein. This dish is a catch 22. The steak had amazing flavor again was cooked perfectly. The veggies in the lo Mein were also perfectly cooked not to soft or hard and they had great flavor. My issue with the dish was there were hardly and noodles. I personally would like that but my daughter ordered it specifically for the “noodles” and it was disappointing how little there were (and they call themselves a noodle bar). She did eat them all so all in all the flavor was good. Blk Thai Fried rice this was my dish and I really liked it! I try and eat vegan and vegetarian during the day to stay healthy. This was the best option. The pineapple and coconut milk made the usually tasteless black rice have amazing flavor. It was packed with veggies and I really enjoyed it. People inside and outside were having a great time. The bartender looked like her was having a blast that helps. Everyone had food in front of them and looked like they were enjoying it!
