We were immediately seated after entering the restaurant.  The hostess gave us a choice of where we would like to be seated.  We chose a table outside, which, although surrounded by a parking lot, the outdoor dining area is separated from the sidewalk by railings and strings of lights.  The waitress came to take our drink order within less than a minute of us being seated.  We then ordered an appetizer (5 salsa sampler with chips).  All of the salsas were very delicious.  We ran out of chips and the waitress asked if we wanted more chips and then she brought out a bread basket filled with chips, which was nice and generous. I ordered the quesadilla which is very affordable.  Some of the options for the quesadilla are cheese, beef, chicken or pork.  I only eat seafood so I asked if I could get shrimp as an option to which the waitress politely said no.  I ordered the quesadilla with cheese only. Fortunately, my husband ordered fajitas with shrimp.  His order had an abundance of shrimp, which I ate some with my quesadilla.  It was delicious.  The portion size is hearty.  I took half of my dinner home to have for lunch the next day.  We asked the waitress for a dessert menu and she responded that they do not have a dinner menu.   She told us what the two desserts they had for that day, which was tres leche cake (not a fan of wet cake) or flan.  We ordered the flan which was very delicious and well-presented on the dessert plate.  I wish they had more dessert options.  We received our bill in a timely manner.  Overall the wait staff and service were very good and attentive.  The food and drinks were very good and well worth the price. We will definitely be returning to Mole.

We parked easily, plenty available. Cool looking exterior with inside outside seating. We were seated right away in a half booth, half chair table. The metal chairs were short, cold and hard. Happily the drinks were bogo for happy hour. Surprisingly they didn’t say that. The waiter just said it was happy hour and the house margaritas were the special. Quickly served. We ordered a queso appetizer along with 2 kids meals and a chicken quesadilla. I had the flautas and my wife had the American tacos. The queso came out sizzling and was excellent. The kids loved their steak and rice. The quesadilla with chicken was huge. The flautas and tacos had great taste. The salsas were great too. Even though there was a charge for different salsa, it was worth it. Each one had a unique taste, and I could tell they were made fresh. I almost never order or try green tomatillo salsa and theirs was one of the best I have ever had. We skipped dessert because we were so full, and they didn’t really try to push it on us which was a nice change.

Dine inside or outside on pretty patio. Large bar opens on one side to the outdoors. Met right away by masked waitress and sat at nice table right away. Drink order was red sangria and freshly squeezed lime margarita. We asked for specials and their specialty. Snappy was special, fajitas is what they were famous for so that’s what we ordered. We said the atmosphere must be very nice at night. The waiter saidyes – we dim the lights and put candles on the tables. On Fridays there is a mariachi band and Saturday a DJ and salsa dancing! Highly recommend! The only thing we thought was odd was that they don’t serve coffee.
