When I arrived at my destination it was a strip mall with a large parking lot. The entrance held no appeal at all. We scanned for menu, asked questions and ordered. Waitresses suggestion was spot on with the key lime ramen, substitute iceberg for cabbage. Not enough protein in dish so recommend you add more. Pricing was reasonable but not cheap by any means for a bowl of ramen. There is absolutely no ambiance, it can do with some new floors and tables. The flooring was all peeling and there were no decorative wall hangings.  This establishment would not be on my list of recommendations even though I enjoyed my meal.

We arrived to the restaurant and were greeted by a waiter.  There was nothing special about the greeting or arrival.  The restaurant was minimally decorated.  The tables were sparce, as expected during Covid.  We ordered our appetizers and they arrived quickly.  They were all very good.  Not a single one that we didn’t like.  We then ordered our Ramen, which also came quickly.  The waitress was engaging and personable.  When the Ramen came, it was absolutely amazing.  My partner likes very spicy food, so we saved the Habanero sauce from the chicken appetizer.  He added it to his Ramen and was sweating as he ate his entree!  We all enjoyed the flavor of the entrees. We also ordered the traditional Japanese desert “Mille cake” which was very very good.  The flavors at this restaurant remind me of why I enjoy eating out. The best part is that Ramen is very easy to order via Uber eats as it will still taste great when it arrives.

This was a road trip for us – 50 miles one way. Needless to say not anytime soon in our future to return. Waitress was not very knowledgeable about the menu and could not answer our questions. Ordered appetizers first, but both appetizers and dinner at the same time. Food, for what it was, was average.
