Spiga Ristorante Italiano

Spiga is located on south beach Collins Avenue, locating public parking near the restaurant took time. Upon entering Spiga we were pleasantly greeted and promptly seated. The décor of Spiga is old school Italian. The restaurant is impeccably clean. Several of the guests at our table have food allergies. The staff was well informed of the ingredients and prepared to help the group with selecting food that would accommodate the allergy limitations. The pastas and sauces were homemade and did not disappoint. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. In comparison to other restaurants on south beach, Spiga’s prices are reasonable and a good value as the portions are significant. Although the restaurant is located on south beach, the atmosphere is low key and quiet and would be a good place to enjoy a large family celebration

I definitely recommend Spiga to others because of the wonderful food and ambiance that the restaurant presents. If you’re in the mood for an upscale, excellent restaurant, this is the place for you. The moment that I entered the restaurant, I felt like a sense of excitement came over me because of the setup of the restaurant. The lighting, exclusivity feeling sitting outside, and the presentation of the food made everything feel upscale. The food was delicious , and it’s definitely a place that I want to visit again.

The manager greeted my friend and I as soon as we arrived. We stated we wanted a seat not too close to the street because there were heavy crowds. He found us a lovely seat further back. Each course was served with a comment “enjoy” “bon appetit” and nothing was rushed, and we just were relaxed throughout the entire meal while loving the food.
